Property Prices Near Schools

How to use

• Search and select a primary school to centre the map on it
• All HDB blocks or private properties within 1 km are shown as map markers
• Toggle between HDB and Private Properties using the tabs
• Hover over a marker to see recent transactions and price per sqft
• Highlighted markers show the youngest, oldest, highest and lowest $/sqft within the radius

Data source

HDB data sourced from the HDB Resale Flat Prices dataset on data.gov.sg, covering transactions from January 2017 onwards. Private property data from URA Data Service (PMI Residential Transactions). School locations from the Singapore Ministry of Education.
