How to use

• Enter a postal code or address to find HDB blocks within 500 m
• View transaction history and price per sqft trends for each block
• Click a block on the map to go to the respective transaction card
• Click a transaction card to highlight the respective block on the map

Data sourced from the HDB Resale Flat Prices dataset on data.gov.sg, covering transactions from January 2017 onwards. Last updated 11 April 2026.
